William Buick (b. 22.07.88) is British-Norwegian
He shared the Apprentice Jockey title in 2008. In 2015 he signed with Godolphin and in 2022 became British Flat Champion Jockey for the first time (157 Winners)
Big wins have come on Masar (Derby 2018), Ostensia (Nunthorpe 2012), Nathaniel & Adayar (King George Stakes). He has won the St leger 3 x times on Arctic Cosmos (2010), Masked Marvel (2011) and Hurricane Lane (2021). Also successful in Ireland winning the Irish Derby, Oaks, 2,000 Guineas & Champion Stakes
